Find the file named: FastLine_powered_by_Propel.exe then right click and Open.
Click Next,
Click Accept
If you have enough Disk space click Next
Click Start Using Propel Accelerator
Once you are online the page below will open. It tells you how to configure your FastLine powered by Propel
® Accelerator
You should see a little propeller icon in your systray.
Make sure your dialup username is in the format:
username@carrollnet.org (or username@localline.com or username@localline2.com)
And you should be ready to surf faster!
